Both of us went over to Ootoya Japanese Restaurant at Suntec city for dinner this past week.

The steamed rice comes with free refill
with every set meal ordered.It taste wonderfully delicious, one of the best rice tasted.

Overall verdict
We feel that its reasonably priced at around S$16 per set meal (includes FREE REFILL of the awesome steamed rice) and a glass of hot/cold green tea.
The environment is rather unique, as patrons can choose to sit on the "elevated floor" instead of the traditional seats!
